Antwerp is known as the most important city in the diamond trade. Large amounts of rough and cut diamonds are traded here as 8 out the 10 diamonds in the world pass through the city at least once. Most of the diamond traders are from Jewish heritage behind the central station. Here you will find many orthodox-Jews and its called the diamond district.
